Ingredients: 2 parts Blackwell Rum 1 part fresh lime juice ½ part brown sugar 8-10 mint leaves 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Method: 1. Muddle the mint and lime pieces together in cocktail shaker 2. Add the remaining ingredients 3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously 4. Strain into an ice-filled glass 5. Garnish with a mint sprig
